CV Making Tips :

                   " Try to keep your CV small and Simple " 

 You will asked to generate 7 CV's and apply to the company with your one of  your 7 generated CV's, but according to me fix with 1 CV and apply the same to the most of the companies . So that  while interviews you don't need to prepare your CV differently for different companies and also you will not get confused when you are asked to give the hardcopy of CV to the Interviewers.(Very IMP.. Because it happened to me :(   )


Don't ever think that adding more Technical skills will prioritize over others. In fact it may land into difficulties.

Try to add only certain things in which you have in depth knowledge and confident in.

Thesis is the most important point in your CV. So try to write it's description neat and clear so that the interviewer can understand.

Believe me, Before 2-3 days of Interviews You feel like you don't have enough time to read and prepare well  with your CV.


Tips for Applying Companies :

you will be asked to apply only for 40 companies. You can get +5 applications by getting signed from HOD. After writing some MNC written's exams you may feel that 40 applications may not be enough but believe in yourself  you will sure'ly get placed by DAY4.

Interview Tips :

 From Beginning to  End of the Interview Process ,Try to show that You are very much interested in that company and if possible try to relate your answers to the company oriented.

1 . Be prepared with your resume.
2 . have Good  Communication Skills.
3 . If you are not clear with the question ,Try to get clarified from the interviewer before you start answering it because most of the questions will be open ended questions.
4 . Check your solution before you ask the interviewer  to review it.
5 . Prepare with some basic HR questions.(to be frank they would be really Tough)
6 . Try to ask the Interviewer with  some couple of questions.
7 .  Be calm and Confident in Interview Cabin.
8 . Even if you don't know the solution,Take some time and try to solve it ,because the Interviewer would be interested in your approach rather than the solution.
9 . Try to know the questions from the guys who have completed their interviews.
10 . Read about the company.


Most Important :
If you have placed, Try to help others by finding the interview venues,motivating them, giving food and what ever the requirements they require.
